• Accountable for the management of small and medium-sized delivery projects, with responsibility of ensuring that Manila Delivery Center meet all requirements in the delivery of a quality application to the Customer within agreed time and cost plans• Share responsibility in promoting learning and transfer of knowledge within the MDC organization

• Plan and implement all actions required to deploy the application, both technically and functionally
• Work with the onsite Project Manager to create a budget and project plan for the Technical Design, Development, Testing, and Support effort. Builds realistic time estimates, work plans and schedules that reflect budget, project milestones and staffing mix.
• Customer interactions:
o Work with the customer project team on resource planning, onboarding and roll off, budgets, and utilization reporting
o Coordinate access/security/customer training for our teams
o Provide billing and invoicing reconciliation and support
• Structures projects/activities to enable reasonable workload and work/life balance.
• Provide team leadership and coaching
o Oversee and manage day-to-day activities of a project team
o Ensure that team members are allocated to billable tasks. Coordinate with the Consulting Practice Director/Manager to ensure that team members are effectively utilized
o Anticipate and address potential issues before they are encountered. Keeps track of risks with corresponding contingencies and priorities
o Makes timely decisions despite complexity, ambiguity, and potentially adverse consequences
o Provide technical design support/mentoring to less experienced designers
• Focus the team on the tasks at hand or the internal and external customer requirements
o Familiarize the team with the customer needs, specifications, design targets, the development process, design standards, techniques, and tools to support task performance
o Assure that the team addresses all relevant issues within the specifications and various standards
o Ensure that processes are in place to deliver high quality service
o Ensure that changes in scope or schedule are justified, covered financially, and agreed to by appropriate decision makers
• Communicate team status, task accomplishment, and direction
o Provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule
o Keep the project manager and product committee informed of task accomplishment, issues, and status
o Serve as a focal point to communicate and resolve interface and integration issues with other teams
o Escalate issues which cannot be resolved by the team
o Provide guidance to the team based on management direction
• Collaborate with the ORMB Consulting Operations and the FSGBU PMO Teams to provide the necessary updates to the BOAT system, MSR, resourcing and revenue forecasts, etc.
• Provide support during internal and external project audits
• Assist and participate in MDC training initiatives
• Participate in the PM Accreditation program
• Other responsibilities as assigned
