Role and Responsibilities
Develops and implements comprehensive change management strategies aligned with the organization's overall business objectives.
Consulting with respective departments on developing major change initiatives, including impact and complexity assessments and project planning
Identifies and addresses potential organizational challenges and opportunities arising from change initiatives.
Collaborates with senior leadership to communicate the vision and benefits of change initiatives effectively.
Monitors and evaluates the progress of change initiatives, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful implementation.
Leverages proven change management methodologies to drive sustainable organizational transformation.
Conducts thorough organizational readiness assessments to identify potential barriers and develop mitigation strategies.
Develops and implements tailored communication plans to engage stakeholders at all levels and address concerns.
Provides coaching and support to individuals and teams impacted by change, fostering a culture of adaptability and resilience.
Facilitates workshops and training sessions to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to navigate change successfully.
Understands and analyzes key KPIs to measure the impact of change initiatives.
Develops and implements strategies to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.
Identifies and addresses areas of underperformance, taking corrective action as needed.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Anticipates and addresses stakeholder concerns and resistance to change.
Facilitates open and honest communication to build trust and support for change initiatives.
Demonstrates a successful track record of leading change initiatives in diverse cultural and business environments.
Possesses the ability to adapt to different working styles and business practices.
Be open to international travel to support change initiatives in various regions Africa/Middle East/Southeast Asia.
Qualifications Requirements
6-10 years of experience in business transformation/change management, with a strong focus on driving organizational change in complex environments.
Experience in OKR implementation is highly preferred.
Proven ability to lead and manage multiple change initiatives simultaneously, ensuring successful outcomes.
Good working experience in area of business performance management; ability to formulate and monitor KPIs is an advantage.
Deep understanding of change management methodologies and best practices, with a focus on driving measurable business results.
Strong project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor change initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and effectively communicate change messages.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address challenges proactively.
A highly analytical problem solver with critical thinking capability, able to identify and address complex challenges effectively.
Robust communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with ability to communicate technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong understanding of business processes with ability to improve and streamline
A growth mindset and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
Certifications in Change Management or OKRs are a plus.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in technology, economics, science, or any similar field
Master’s degree is a plus.
