Role & responsibilities:
Candidate must already have an established relationship with decision makers at Tier 1 vendors and direct clients that they can bring to the table.
Solid experience getting new leads/requirements and maintaining existing clients to enhance business relations.
Very strong experience developing new client accounts (Implementation partners/Tier 1 partners & Direct clients) for IT staffing business in USA.
Extremely proficient in Interacting with clients daily and identify staffing opportunities to fulfill.
Strong experience in developing new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and identify opportunities for growth.
Strong experience of being able to generate business from Tier 1 vendors and direct clients.
Should be familiar with US Tax terms like W2, C2C, C2H, 1099 etc.
Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Understand client needs and requirements and provide tailored staffing solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process and excellent client experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery of staffing solutions to clients.
Preferred candidate profile (BDM - US IT Staffing):
Candidate is expected to have an existing relationship with Tier 1 vendors and direct clients in US IT Staffing.
Excellent communication and written skills.
5-7 years of experience in IT staffing sales in the US IT Staffing market.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing relationships with Tier 1 and direct Clients.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Should be comfortable working in a smaller company with a small team.
