Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage the recruitment process for teaching and non-teaching staff across play schools, schools, junior colleges, degree colleges, and international schools.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
- Oversee onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and compliance with institutional policies.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, handling HR-related queries and grievances.
- Ensure positive employee relations and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding process.
Performance Management:
- Support performance evaluations for staff across all educational levels.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and implement professional development initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Administer payroll and manage employee benefits for diverse staff across multiple education sectors.
- Provide insights for salary benchmarking based on the educational sector.
Compliance & Policies:
- Ensure compliance with relevant educational laws and labor regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including staff qualifications and certifications.
Training & Development:
- Facilitate training programs for staff, ensuring alignment with the institution’s goals and standards.
- Coordinate professional development workshops for teaching and administrative staff.
HR Systems & Reporting:
- Maintain HR data in the HRIS and generate key HR reports for leadership.
- Analyze HR data to provide insights for continuous improvement.
Employee Engagement:
- Organize employee engagement activities, team-building events, and workshops to foster a positive work culture.
- Support initiatives that promote staff well-being and job satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of Indian labor laws and education sector regulations.
- Proficiency in HR software (e.g., Zoho Recruit, HRIS).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
Salary Package:
- ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month
