Job Title: Workday Training Developer with relevant 5-8 years exp

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Workday Training Developers to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for client's Workday applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday HCM, excellent instructional design skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly training materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for Workday HCM, including Time Tracking, Absence, and other modules.
- Create engaging training materials such as user guides, e-learning modules, and video tutorials.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users, both in-person and virtually.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.
- Maintain and update training materials to reflect system updates and changes.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday users.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday HCM training and development.
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM modules and functionalities.
- Excellent instructional design and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in creating e-learning content using tools such as Articulate, Captivate, or similar.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Workday certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Workday integrations and reporting.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
