YOUR MISSION
Provide IT support to PUMA’s users and retail store in Philippines, including but not limited to, supporting the local/regional/global IT strategies, and maintaining the daily operations of IT in terms of system maintenance, networking and troubleshooting, provision of support, administration of all POS applications.
Your Mission
- Provide timely support, troubleshooting, and technical solutions to end-users related to hardware, systems, and applications in relation to office or retail store.
- Provide system support for POS, SAP, AD, and other related application systems.
- Participate in site setup and maintenance, hardware and software testing, deployment, and related operational procedures.
- IT Asset management. Maintaining and managing IT Assets from acquisition to disposal. Involving in procurement for purchasing IT related equipment, products and services.
- Identify and resolve issues related to networks and systems, including documenting the causes and resolutions of problems.
- Collaborate with other IT Regional Specialists and cross-functional technical team members to meet project deadlines.
YOUR TALENT
- Bachelor’s Degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science or IT related Subjects
- Min. 3 years IT System Support experience
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong technical knowledge in MS Windows, Mac OS, POS, & MS Office products.
- Migration and Implementation of POS package.
- Experience in System migration and Implementation of POS packages.
- Willing to work in Makati
