- Nurture leads and follow up with potential clients to drive conversions
- Implement and manage automated email campaigns for efficient client outreach
- Perform website updates and basic maintenance to ensure optimal online presence
- Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities
- Support the agency with various administrative tasks to streamline operations
Requirements
- Proficiency in social media management, particularly Facebook and Instagram
- Strong customer service skills with experience in email management
- Basic website maintenance abilities
- Excellent verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Proven ability to follow up on leads and generate business opportunities
- Strong time management skills and capacity to work independently
