Offshored is a leading offshore recruitment consultancy in the Philippines, providing strategic talent acquisition services for Australian clients. We have an office in BGC Taguig with an on-site opening for an Accounts Receivable role in the Australian construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate data entry of all subcontractor/supplier invoices in Cheops accounting software (training will be provided).
- Communicate with project teams and subcontractors/suppliers to confirm invoice details are correct.
- Process the final approval of subcontractor invoices in preparation of payment, ensuring all details match the corresponding progress claim.
- Assist with maintaining the ‘Admin’ email inbox to reflect the Cheops ‘Unprocessed Invoices’ inbox, responding to any queries
- Keep track of and follow up any urgent invoices with the project teams.
- Maintain subcontractor/supplier profiles within Cheops, ensuring associated insurances, licenses and payment terms are up to date
- Assist with monthly checking and reconciliation of subcontractor/supplier statements.
- Assist with processing of monthly credit cards receipts
- Other general administrative tasks as required.

- Ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders as required – via phone and email.
- Understanding of creditor ledgers and account reconciliations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance or similar
- Min 2 years' work experience in a finance or admin type role
- Excellent English, writing and speaking skills
- Experience in accounts in construction industry is a bonus
