SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week; Sunday to Thursday; 8:00am to 5:00pm Israel time (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Manila time); 8 hours per day with 1 hour unpaid break

REPORTS TO: Product Catalog Team Lead
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Product Catalog Team is directly responsible for the information our customers see on the product pages of our website. High quality, detailed product pages can increase the customers' knowledge of what they are buying, leading to reducing the number of returns and customer phone calls we receive. This individual will support our Product Catalog team through dedicated data entry tasks. This position is focused on ensuring the accurate and efficient entry and management of product information within our catalog system. This individual will be responsible for handling data entry projects that contribute to maintaining and improving the integrity and quality of our product catalog.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Manage data entry tasks for various projects and initiatives in an accurate and time-sensitive manner
• Enter new product data and update existing product information into company systems
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness before it is finalized in the catalog
• Work closely with senior catalog associates and team leads to support data-related projects and ensure alignment with team goals
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Accuracy in managing data
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Previous data entry experience
• Foundational knowledge of products and brands
