The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Field incoming phone calls and convert 50% or more to appointments
- Demonstrate a pleasant disposition with each prospect
- Develop and distribute reports of each day's appointment
- Contact potential clients via cold calling
- Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and sales team.
The Profile
- Exhibit excellent communication skills
- Excellent in organization skills
- A positive attitude
- Having appointment setting in BPO set-up is a plus
- At least 1 year relevant experience
