LOOKING FOR FILIPINOS WHO ARE PHILIPPINES-BASED CANDIDATES. Position : Admin Assistant
Working Hours : Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 6:00 pm CET / 3:00 pm - 12:00 am PH Time
Salary : $900-1,200/month
Role Responsibilities:
- Handle and redirect phone calls accordingly
- Organize and schedule appointments, plan meetings, and take detailed Minutes of the meeting (MOM)
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Book travel arrangements
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Facilitate Data Entry
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior manager

Requirements:
- Has at least 1-2 years of experience with the relevant role, proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant
- Has proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), and Google Workspace
- Knowledge of Office management systems and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
