Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner through chat and email platforms Provide product recommendations and handle complex customer queries with ease. Leverage knowledge of the company's products and services to provide exceptional customer service and support. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively. Identify trends in customer inquiries and communicate these trends to the appropriate departments. Continuously improve customer service by identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices. Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality responses. Act as a mentor to junior chat support agents and provide guidance and support as needed. Provide recommendations to improve SLA, abandon and conversion rates Monitor chats, and other member interactions to evaluate the quality of service provided by C2C Guide Identify areas of improvement in agent performance and provide feedback and coaching to help them improve.
