ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Handles various inquiries and policy requests from walk-in BPLAC customers,
Checks policy status/details and/or requirements to process the request and advises the customer/BSE accordingly.
Promote use of E-Plan to our Customers. Guide the customers in the registration to E-Plan.
Assist in the submission of requests or inquiries through E-Plan or I-Care (for transactions not in E-Plan).
Monitors the progress of policy requests and complaints received in the assigned area, ensures resolution within target turnaround times and provides necessary feedback to customers regarding their requests
Follow-up and escalate pending requests.
Refer and coordinate complaints to Customer Care.
Daily submission of consolidated daily transactions logged in BSA Daily Tracker and submits to BSA Supervisor
