The projects are new and exciting, with real technical challenges that should excite any developer. Be it re-factoring their Front End code to migrate from Angular to React, or developing sophisticated Back End, PHP-based applications.

What you'll Be Doing:

Working closely with the team and technical leadership to ensure applications & systems meet the evolving needs of the business.
Leading code reviews and offering strategic technical advice.
Evaluating and recommending innovative architectural solutions.
Spending at least half your time hands-on with code, focusing on development rather than meetings.
Improving system performance, stability, and reliability
Mentoring and leading a team of developers to success.
