Senior Recruitment Consultant - Financial Services (Benelux region)
£40,000 - £50,000 (negotiable depending upon experience)
Hybrid (2 days in office)

About the Role:
This hybrid position (2 days in the office) offers a competitive base salary of £40k-£50k, complemented by an uncapped commission structure that can earn you up to 40% of your billings.
What You'll Do:
- Network Development: Leverage your recruitment expertise to build a robust network of clients and candidates within the Benelux FS market.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilise your proven sourcing and market mapping skills to identify and secure top talent.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates through a consultative approach.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with a supportive team, sharing leads and maximising collective success.
Who You Are:
- Experienced Recruiter: A highly motivated and results-oriented FS Recruiter with a successful track record.
- Benelux Market Knowledge: Experience within the Benelux market (FS, professional services, or tech) is a strong preference.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and research abilities to effectively map target markets.
- Team Player: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
