As an experienced Digital Architect you will work within a financial services institution (FSI) to plan and implement digital infrastructure.
The primary focus is on creating effective structures within the organization’s digital capabilities. As a Digital Architect, you’ll examine the FSI’s needs, assess its existing digital capabilities, and design solutions that enhance productivity and user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision:
- Collaborate with senior staff members to understand organizational needs and goals.
- Create a vision for the FSI’s digital transformation, considering both short-term and long-term objectives.
- User-Centric Design:
- Envision user experiences for customers, employees, and other stakeholders interacting with digital systems.
- Ensure that digital solutions align with the FSI’s brand, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Digital Frameworks:
- Plan and design digital framework structures that provide optimal performance to users.
- Consider scalability, security, and integration with existing systems.
- Analyze existing technological capabilities within the FSI.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose enhancements to digital infrastructure.
- Project Execution:
- Take a leadership role in executing new digital projects.
- Monitor progress, make adjustments as needed, and ensure successful implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) designing digital experience solutions in an FSI environment.
- Familiarity with modern technologies, including cloud services, APIs, and mobile applications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Full working rights – Must be an Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
