Get involved in one of the top mining organisations in the globe supporting the Compliance Maintenance Lead where you will support the compliance and auditing of existing vendors and contracting partners.
In this role you will join a centralised team based out of Moranbah on initially a 6-12 month contract with view to extension on a standard Monday to Friday basis.
Key duties include
- Assist stakeholder understanding of the company's contractor management requirements, processes and expectations
- Monitor compliance of existing contractor management plans for works and audits
- Facilitate vendor meetings including updating registers, minutes and presentations
- Monitor and update reporting for compliance and auditing
- Work with Intellics system to engage with vendors and contractor owners
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role with a preference towards the Mining sector
- Strong attention to detail and proactive nature to interpret information and anticipate outcomes
- Exceptional Microsoft suite experience
- Preference towards those who have worked with Intellics system before however training can be provided
