Our Client:
This is a great position within this well-respected agency based in a suburb in Gold Coast Southern Suburbs. You will be joining a team of great Property Managers with excellent OUT OF OFFICE support. This role would suit a Property Manager looking for a change or an Assistant Property Manager with high attention to detail, excellent presentation, and committed to Real Estate.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage 160 properties with 2 offshore Virtual Assistants and a Routines Officer for routines, entries, and exits
- Liaising with owners, tenants, and contractors
- Client relationship management
- Issue leases
- Arrears management
- Lease renewals
- Tenant sign-ups
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in property management
- A current QLD Certificate of Registration
- An excellent problem solver
- A team player
- Excellent job stability - this company values loyal employees
- A current driver's license
