Scope:
We are looking for a talented part-time midweight Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. Reporting to our Lead Brand Designer, you will be responsible for bringing our brand to life across a broad range of touchpoints. It’s an opportunity in a growing business that values quality design, with an established brand identity system.
We are looking for someone who is available in our Sydney office location (CBD) 2-3 days per week.
You will do:
- Create industry-leading creative for a range of digital and print channels, such as company website, sales collateral, social media content, swag, virtual and in-person events, and paid advertising.
- Collaborate, conceptualise, and ideate with the marketing team to develop cohesive visual solutions that align with our business goals, brand identity, and go-to-market strategy.
- Maintain and evolve our brand identity across all visual touchpoints.
- Design infographics, illustrations, and data visualizations to simplify complex information.
What you bring:
- A strategic, collaborative, and inclusive approach.
- Proven experience in a graphic design role, with a solid understanding of brand identity systems, and design principal best practices.
- Experience designing across a wide range of mediums (both print and digital) with a deep understanding of materials and constraints.
- Ability to turn briefs and design requirements into compelling assets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe CC tools.
- Experience in web design (Webflow a bonus), with a basic understanding of interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles.
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of digital and print design work.

Job Details:
This is a 15-hour-a-week position. The role can either be done over two days (7.5 hours a day) or three days (5 hours a day) in our Sydney CBD office.
The role will be an initial 3-month Fixed-Term Contract with the potential scope to extend for the right candidate.
