Position Summary:
The Sales Representative for Heat Transfer Solutions will focus on driving sales growth across our diverse product range. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual with strong communication skills and an understanding of the garment decoration industry would be an advantage. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Promote and sell a wide range of heat transfer products (SISER & Stahl’s) to existing and potential customers.
- Identify and target new business opportunities to expand Velflex's market presence.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Manage customer accounts, including order processing, follow-ups, and after-sales support.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge and Training:
- Stay informed about the latest heat transfer products and industry trends.
- Provide product training and education to customers and internal team members.
- Represent Velflex at industry trade shows and events, promoting our products and networking with potential clients.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to the Sales Manager.
- Analyse customer feedback and market data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the garment decoration or related industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (HubSpot & NetSuite).
- Willingness to travel as required.
