- Key role in the sales division – growing our business through new sales.

Due to continued growth, Moco is currently seeking a passionate and motivated BDM to join our West Team that looks after the western corridor of Brisbane, Ipswich and Toowoomba. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service while driving growth in our business.
You are either currently working as a chef or have worked somewhere within the hospitality industry. You are looking for a new challenge where you won’t be working split shifts and weekends. You want to work in a business with real opportunity for career progression and both personal and professional development.
You are a warm and natural connector, that can comfortably build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders. You have a customer-centric focus, with a commitment to excellence in adversity. Your enthusiastic nature will push you ahead of the crowd, as will your keen interest in developing and influencing your team. As an engaging self-starter you are culture conscious and can work readily across competing priorities. In addition, you will have a winner’s mindset, be organised and methodical, and understand the financial levers for success.
Skills & Experience:
- Customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or similar industry.
- Be confident and comfortable with making cold calls and site drops to new clients.
- Ability to work autonomously through making sales calls and visits.
- Strong technological skills with systems, emails and excel.
- Understand hospitality client needs, wants and requirements.
- Passionate about food and making meaningful relationships.
- Sound understanding of profitability & margins.
