Charter Keck Cramer is a Strategic Property Advisory Firm, engaging 150 employees throughout its Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Singapore Offices. The firm provides a wide range of property services across Valuations, Advisory, Research, Projects and Capital.
Position Overview
Charter has an exciting opportunity for a professional and experienced People & Culture Advisor. Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this position will provide advice, coaching and support across the business nationally.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide specialist advice to people leaders and employees across policy and best practice
- Manage talent acquisition and onboarding activities
- Identify and coordinate learning programs
- Contribute to the development of policies, procedures and projects
- Develop and maintain the People & Culture platform
Position Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
- Demonstrated experience (4 years+) in People & Culture
- Previous experience in a medium sized business, preferably within professional services
- Strong articulate written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- Concern for high quality and a strong attention to detail
- Excellent work organisation and administrative skills
