Job Description
About the role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be overseeing multiple practice operations in NSW including Sydney, mid north Coast, and ACT as the Practice Development Manager on a full-time basis. With support from our Queensland office, your hands-on approach will enable our practices to achieve their desired goals, enjoying the ride along the way.
Key responsibilities:
- Coach and develop Practice Managers and their teams to achieve agreed targets, increasing productivity and effectiveness
- Drive continuous improvement in all operational processes and initiatives in partnership with other Support Office functions
- Ensure the business is compliant with all legislative regulations, standards, and performance expectations
- Ensure all practices demonstrate our shared values and deliver the highest levels of service to patients at all times
- Continue to build and strengthen relationships with our key partners
- Flexibility to work from home on agreed Administration days

Desired Skills and Experience
About You
- 5 years’ experience managing operations in a similar multi-site environment, preferably in healthcare or retail industries
- A passion for coaching and developing operational standards with all levels of the team
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and ability to travel
- Drive to improve the health outcomes for the community with strong business acumen
- Desire to lead and grow successful teams
