We are looking for an experienced Pharma Software Solutions Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling software solutions like Veeva, CSV, and other related technologies to pharmaceutical clients. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote software solutions to the pharma industry.
- Identify and engage potential clients globally, fostering long-term relationships to drive sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the pharma sector.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and technological advancements to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve collective goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pharma Software Solutions Sales Manager.
- Strong knowledge of software solutions, Veeva, CSV, and other relevant technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred.
