We are looking for Account Manager(Client Servicing) for Leading Digital Agency
Shift- General Shift
Monday to Friday working
Experience- 10 years +

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client
relationships. Act as the main point of contact and manage client expectations.
2. Strategic Planning: Understand client business goals and objectives to develop
digital strategies in collaboration with the agency’s creative and technical teams.
3. Project Management: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the
flawless execution of projects, ensuring that all client projects are delivered on-time,
within scope, and budget.
4. Communication: Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management
matters, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs
and objectives.
5. Internal Liaising: Working with the heads of internal department, to manage teams
in delivering on time results/output in order to retain and grow all customer accounts,
taking responsibility for the quality of work carried out by all team members.
6. Feedback and Reporting: Collect client feedback, monitor campaign performance,
and generate performance reports to share with clients and internal stakeholders.
7. Problem Solving: Identify client issues and concerns, proactively address them, and
work collaboratively with the agency team to find effective solutions.
8. Business Development: Assist in identifying growth opportunities with existing
clients and potentially participate in new business pitches.
9. Billings: To manage account billings, spends tracking and collections
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
A minimum of 9 years’ experience, in a digital marketing agency
Proven experience as a Client Servicing Manager or similar role, ideally in a digital
agency setting.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and digital production processes.
Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills, with experience liaising
with clients at senior level.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention
to detail.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all
levels of an organization.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
