Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Sales Executive to drive new business opportunities, nurture existing client relationships, and grow revenue through sales of Flyonit’s IT solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT products and services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels including cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs and offering tailored IT solutions.
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demos, and proposals to prospective clients.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals with new clients and expanding services to existing clients.
- Market Research & Strategy: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging IT technologies to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact through service delivery.
- Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate contract terms and close agreements to maximize profitability.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer contacts in CRM systems.
- Exposure to the Australian Market: Leverage understanding and knowledge of the Australian IT industry, client needs, and market dynamics to drive sales and grow Flyonit’s presence in Australia.
Requirements:
- Experience: 4+ years in IT sales or related fields.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT products, services, and trends (e.g., cloud solutions, web development, cybersecurity, etc.).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to convey complex IT concepts in simple terms.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with consultative selling techniques.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales progress.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and deliver results.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Knowledge of Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) and Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools.
- Networking and relationship-building expertise.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
