Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Team Manager to lead our Admissions marketing efforts. The successful candidate will manage a team of marketing professionals to design and implement innovative strategies that enhance student enrollment and promote the institution's brand. This role requires a blend of leadership, creativity, and analytical skills to drive successful outreach campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance on campaign development, execution, and performance analysis.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies focused on student recruitment and admissions, aligned with overall institutional goals.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, implementation, and evaluation of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events) to attract prospective students.
- Budget Oversight: Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on marketing initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, target demographics, and competitive positioning; adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions team to align marketing efforts with enrollment goals and ensure cohesive messaging.
- Brand Management: Uphold and enhance the university's brand identity through consistent messaging and visual representation in all marketing materials.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze campaign results, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Event Oversight: Plan and coordinate recruitment events, webinars, and open houses to engage prospective students and their families.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 4 years in a managerial role, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of outreach atctivities, ATL/BTL, lead generation, educational sales, admissions activities.
- Proven track record of successful campaign management and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Ability to think creatively and analytically to solve problems and drive results.
