The ideal candidate will assist the Director and Business Operators by smartly and efficiently executing tasks and responsibilities in Sales, Marketing, and Administration for overall Business Excellence.
This expands to consistent assistance in daily functions that is inclusive of Sales & Marketing, Office Administration and Operations
Position: Brand Ambassador-Digital Marketing and Operations
Job Type: Fulltime Employment. Not for Part-timer/Freelancers.
India/Asia - Remote with travelling as and when required. The candidate should be willing to travel domestically and internationally, as needed.
WorkDays: 6 days working with flexible weekly off.
Experience- Atleast 3years
Pay scale: Max upto 70-75k, depending on experience, expertise and interview.
Excellent communication skill is must as this is a client facing profile.
Responsibilities
1. To organically grow all Social media platforms with defined KPIs and deliver accordingly
2. To diligently work on content for all platforms and ensure maximum reach of all content
contributing towards the Sales vertical.
3. To be able to deliver high quality content through organic and inorganic digital marketing and develop and articulate regularly
4. To be innovative and creative in developing social media posts and grow the handles accordingly.
5. To ensure that email campaigns are set up consistently and that campaigns direct to sales
revenues
6. To develop outreach on social media handles and consistently work on promoting
products to both B2B and B2C clients
7. To ensure that all marketing strategies are functional and work on any glitches that may
arise
8. To work on SEO Management and ensure that website traffic and Options are maintained.
9. Proactively manage administrative tasks including responding to client emails, handling inquiries, and other assigned duties and Draft proposals for potential Coaching and Consulting projects, ensuring they are approved and effectively communicated with clients
Maintain consistent follow-up with clients and proposals to cultivate a pool of potential prospects.
10.Efficiently manage the Director's calendar, office activities, and coordinate schedules and to design a digital support community platform for IW and nurture existing clients clients in B2B and B2C
Qualifications
-Exceptional and above-average Communication skills with a fantastic flair for the English
language on all fronts.
-Education Qualification: Under-grad/Postgrad
-Experience in handling Sales in a B2B environment for an Ed Tech platform or an Educational Set up/ Training Company for at least 3years
-Should be flexible with working hours in a start-up environment
-Should be exceptionally groomed and presentable and represent the brand in desired places.
-Ability to prioritize tasks and work responsibilities, and receive instructions for execution.
-Establish and maintain an effective relationship with clients and agencies with a high level of
interpersonal communication skills.
