Bachelor's degree holder
With at least 2 years of experience in compensation, benefits, and reporting is an advantage
With experience in payroll is a plus
Willing to work on a Hybrid Set Up

Job Responsibilities:
Overseeing benefit enrollment and termination
Lead the company's compensation programs and creating reports
Provide counsel assistance on compensation and benefits related matters
Create accurate, timely and relevant reports for HR Department
Other tasks may be assigned by immediate superior
