PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
As the Training Design Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of LMS professionals, Instructional Designers, and Training Compliance Specialists. You will use Adobe Creative Cloud applications, Articulate, and Microsoft products to prepare, update, polish, and finalize learning materials and training content.
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Archiving learning content, which involves preparation and coordination of learning materials for a) international dissemination via multiple platforms and b) filing in document management systems
- Printing learning materials, which involves project coordination and print fulfillment of projects including graphics creation, shopping cart maintenance, and logistics for international shipping
- Translation of learning materials, which involves project coordination and conversion of course materials to multiple languages [e.g. French and Spanish], including reassembly of multi-media content for instructor-led and e-learning projects
- Managing the Learning Support Shared Mailbox, directing a wide variety of queries to the appropriate responsible parties, troubleshooting, and answering inquiries
- Liaising between the Business and the Training Design Team to process archiving requests, complete print orders, and coordinate related tasks
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Related university diploma or degree in education, business, or instructional design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Express, Premiere Pro, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro
- Experience with authoring software including Articulate 360 suite (e.g. Rise, Review, Storyline)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
