Title: JD Edwards Work Force Management (WFM) Senior BA - IT
Location: Remote
Duration: Full Time
Must Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university in business, MIS, or equivalent field. Additional years’ experience can be used to substitute for degree.
- Must have 3+ years of experience configuring JDE WFM, specifically in payroll and employee management, along with 7+ years as a Business Systems Analyst supporting an ERP.
Required experience includes JD Edwards 9.0 or higher and the following WFM areas:
- Payroll setup (taxes, unions)
- Parallel payroll
- Time entry
- Service billing
- General Ledger
- Employee management (ensuring proper setup for correct salary bands).
Responsibilities:
- Detailed functional knowledge of JD Edwards WFM business process model.
- Ability to derive requirements for process change/addition to applications using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, and task and workflow analysis.
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish nice to have from the underlying true needs.
- Participate in development and maintenance of thorough, current functional and systems documentation, business process flow diagrams, and end user training materials.
- Participate in the development and execution of well-designed test plans, testing activities, and test data.
- Participate in data conversion and merger/acquisition activities.
- Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- This position is targeted for individuals who are considered a Subject Matter Expert for all sub-processes for the WFM and related modules of JD Edwards.
