Core Responsibilities
- Support the local Korea marketing team on various tasks within brand marketing and eCommerce marketing.
- You will work in close collaboration with the Marketing Manager overseeing brand management of the Adult audience and marketing on eCommerce platforms.
- Support in a diverse set of tasks in the marketing value chain. This could be anything from business analysis, asset downloading, product launch preparation with marketing team, communication development, stakeholder coordination, presentation material development, support on eCommerce campaigns, live commerce, and various ad hoc tasks.

This role is in South Korea business unit and part of the APAC market group. The overall focus is to accelerate business growth via recruiting kids and adults, improving the brand understanding, and enhancing our footprint across physical & online retail channels.
It is part of the BU marketing organization (total 12 people), which includes; Brand Marketing, Digital Marketing, Trade Marketing, Performance Marketing, PR & Events – all reporting to the Marketing Director for Korea. The team is highly collaborative, dynamic and energetic, living the values and behaviours of the LEGO Group.
Do you have what it takes?
- Execute day to day operations in Brand Management/ eCommerce.
- A good understanding of marketing or any previous work experience in marketing within an FMCG and/or consumer goods industry.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data to deliver reporting and actionable insights.
- Strong sense of ownership, self motivation and pro-activeness.
- Organised and methodical approach to tasks with high attention to details.
- Strong English and Korean language skills (written and spoken) to work with local and global stakeholders.
