Join our team in Munich and become a vital part of Trade Marketing at the LEGO Group. We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and dedicated e-commerce/digital marketing specialist to co-create innovative online branding for the D-A-CH region guided by insights and a strong shopper understanding!
Core Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development of the annual E-Commerce activation calendar (locally adapted from Global framework)
- Drive full-funnel Retail Media strategy via providing guidance and guidelines for Retail Media activation plans, create budget transparency in close collaboration with Sales, evaluate campaigns
- Equip the Sales team with campaign assets for occasions toolboxes
- Trade Marketing counterpart for retail activations including advising Sales team on instore material to ensure alignment with omnichannel campaign goals and enhance visibility
- Drive customer specific campaigns and shape how to activate at retailers digital as well as meaningfully bridging online to offline for omni-players
- Curios explorer who proactively looks for retail marketing innovations in the E-Commerce and Omnichannel spaces

The LEGO Marketing Team brings one of the world’s most iconic brands, and it’s products for consumers and shoppers to life. Our Marketing Team consists of amazing marketeers who distil audience insights, take decisions rooted in data, and develop and implement effective marketing plans, with 360 campaigns including traditional and digital media, events and instore execution, ensuring strong media presence and engagement. We translate global audience and franchise strategies into local go-to-market-strategies for Germany, Austria & Switzerland.
Do you have what it takes?
- Relevant E-Commerce, Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing experience within FMCG or premium consumer brands
- Deep understanding of Retail Media, Digital and Omnichannel Trade Marketing and ability to connect critical metrics with overall marketing and business objectives
- Strong strategic, digital and comprehensive end to end thinking and ability of translating global strategy into local priorities for Trade Marketing
- Relationship builder and collaborator with a strong ability to influence, gain trust quickly. A strong collaborator across subject areas and hierarchies to effectively steer a wide range of partners internally and externally
- Drive for results – championing effectiveness and data centricity, bravery to test hypothesis, live a constantly learning mentality, strong analytical and evaluation skills and ability to turn findings into action
