In this role, you will:
- Conduct thorough research and interviews to document new software, apps, and IT systems
- Organize and write easy-to-understand user guides, online help, and training materials
- Ensure proper use of technical terminology for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Continuously update documentation to reflect product changes and new feature releases
- Collaborate with development teams to maintain up-to-date, comprehensive documentation
- Assist with internal and external product training initiatives
Required Skills:
- 5+ years technical writing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong research, interviewing, and analytical skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
