En tant que véritable ambassadeur de LEGO® et de ses valeurs, les missions principales du vendeur/caissier (H/F) s’articulent autour des axes suivants :
- Accueillir chaque client de manière personnalisée via un accueil chaleureux, convivial et amusant (par le jeu)
- Animer les aires de jeux pour faire découvrir nos produits
- Conseiller et Vendre : grâce à votre écoute et votre expertise produits, vous orientez le client dans ses choix
- Encaisser selon nos procédures et standards
- Fidéliser notre clientèle en proposant la carte VIP et tout autre service pertinent.
- Encourager le feedback de nos clients de sorte à optimiser notre qualité de service (NPS).
- Mettre en place le merchandising et le visuel des produits en magasin
- Participer à toute autre activité selon les besoins du magasin.

Compétences requises
- Bonne présentation.
- Une expérience retail dans un environnement exigeant et centré sur le service client.
- Motivation à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et d’y apporter sa contribution.
- Polyvalence, disponibilité, capacité à travailler à des horaires flexibles, incluant le week-end.
- Autonomie, sens de l’organisation, rigueur, proactivité, ponctualité et assiduité.
- Aisance relationnelle, esprit d’équipe et sens du service client.
- La maîtrise de l’anglais et une expérience de travail avec des enfants seraient des atouts.
