Requirements:
- malpractice must be included in hourly rate cap of $350/hour - REQUIRED no exceptions
- MUST be boarded ABMS/AOA IM/FM (can be double boarded ABPS) - REQUIRED
- MUST have 2+ recent ED experience REQUIRED
- NRP-REQUIRED
- Ohio License REQUIRED not accepting IMLC
- Covid Vaccination REQUIRED
- Clean background - no malpractice - required for credentialing
