- Submit rates and exact availability at time of name clear - REQUIRED
- Malpractice must be included in hourly rate cap of 35000 cents/hour - REQUIRED no exceptions
- MUST be boarded ABMS/AOA IM/FM (can be double boarded ABPS) - REQUIRED
- MUST have 2+ recent experience REQUIRED
- NRP REQUIRED
- Ohio License REQUIRED not accepting IMLC
- Covid Vaccination REQUIRED
