Together, they manage 500+ births per year with about a third delivered by the Midwives. A typical schedule for the OB/GYNs includes 3 days in the outpatient clinic (average 22 patients/day) and one day in the OR (amounting to 32 patient-facing hours), plus 1 admin day (which you can do from home). Call is shared 1:6. With their successful Laborist model, the Midwives perform all triage and low risk deliveries from 7am 5pm weekdays.
