Join our dynamic team as a Key Account Manager, where you’ll drive growth, build strong distributor partnerships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to make a significant impact on our business success.
We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in the office/store location and 2 days from home. No relocation assistance is offered for this position.
Core Responsibilities
Responsible for building and maintaining partnerships and creating joint value to drive business growth, including:
Drive customer value proposition. Leading the strategic joint business agenda with customers, applying commercial analytics and insights, developing annual business plans and managing in-year negotiations and course correction plans.
Form the assortment plan based on store segmentation and ensure execution. Ensure healthy in-stock rate and stock return.
Coordinate and lead all aspects of budget establishment, tracking, and analysis for sales objectives, theme/SKU performance, partner profitability, and expense management.
Actively engage and collaborate with the sales/Marketing team to represent Wholesalers and contribute to an overall market approach for the LEGO brand.
Do you have what it takes.
Relevant recent experience in Key Account Management within a Wholesale/Distributor arena in a similar role, preferably within the FMCG, manufacturing, technology, or related industries.
Proven experience in working with distributors and managing key accounts.
Sound knowledge and understanding of Retail KPIs and how can be used to drive store performance.
Excellent analytical skills, a passion for data metrics and the ability to turn plans into execution/achievements.
Ability to analyse sales data and generate reports.
Ability to think strategically while still focusing on immediate short-term tasks with critical metric management and joint business planning experience
Fluent in English, both spoken and written; CV must be submitted in English,
