We have a contract opportunity for a Visualization Coordinator in Fort Washington PA. This position is initially approved for 6 months and could be extended.
Pay Rate: $28.00/Hr.
Schedule: Working hours: 8-hour workday (1 hourlunch) 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
A hybrid schedule would require one full day in-office every Wednesday with the other 4 days working remotely.
Summary: Responsible for coordinating 3D exterior renderings outsourced to third-party vendors for use in marketing collateral throughout the company. This role maintains the operational health of these requests in adherence to established budgets policies and procedures and will ensure outputs and interactions align with company and client goals. This role performs quality assurance reviews using architectural drawings and checklists updates documentation and tracks projects using multiple internal systems to fulfill deadline requirements.
Additional Details:- Project coordination of 3D exterior renderings used in brochure inserts and community websites outsourced to third party vendors
- Review and proof initial artwork in the first and second review tiers
- Perform administrative functions such as database updates to track workflows and spending on vendor services
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud programs AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Education: Bachelors Degree in Architectural Visualization Art or Interior Design
A plus but not necessary: 3 years of experience
Estimated Min Rate: $19.60
Estimated Max Rate: $28.00
