The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As an Advanced Product Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Leading design-related change control and the associated product changes driven by rebranding efforts, ensuring that products continue to meet design and regulatory requirements
- Developing and applying fundamental project management skills to provide support to global laboratory.
- Working closely with subject matter experts to understand upcoming product and packaging rebranding requirements and drive change control projects to execute those changes.
- Completing and coordinating any necessary testing activities related to implementing the rebranding of product or sterile barrier packaging.
- Maintaining product design documentation in compliance with division Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other regulatory requirements.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
OR
- High School Diploma/GED AND four (4) combined years of engineering, manufacturing, and/or project management in a private, public, government or military environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Two (2) years or more of experience working within the healthcare industry and/or within medical device quality management systems.
- Experience with the effective execution of change management, root cause analysis, issue resolution and/or managing corrective and preventative actions
- Demonstrated use of advanced project management techniques to drive continuous improvement initiatives across working teams.
- Experience collaborating with laboratory, quality and/or manufacturing colleagues in other regions of the world
- Experience with labeling, packaging, and artwork for medical devices at any level.
- Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and presentation) and systems proficiency.
- Ability to work independently with limited direction to prioritize and complete assigned responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail which allows for assignments to be completed with a high level of accuracy.

- Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to St. Paul, MN at least 2 days per week)

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $95,825 - $117,120, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
