About the Position: We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Recruiter fluent in both English and Spanish, with a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have experience using Paycor or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage and streamline the hiring process.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for various roles within the company.
- Utilize Paycor and other ATS tools to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate applicants, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
- Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
- Coordinate and attend job fairs, networking events, and other recruiting activities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in Paycor and ATS.
- Assist in developing job descriptions and requirements for new positions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Requirements and Skills: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
- Proficiency in using Paycor and other ATS tools.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills: oral, written, presentation.
- Proven experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
