Our client, a benefits and insurance consulting firm, is seeking a direct hire Benefits Systems Coordinator who displays collaboration, commitment, and client-focus drive. About the Job:- Implement and maintain benefits administration and ACA systems (e.g., Employee Navigator, BenExpress, Paycor, Paycom).
- Configure systems for employee benefit enrollments, open enrollment, and qualifying life event (QLE) management.
- Conduct quality control assessments during plan renewals and new carrier integrations.
- Gather and organize client data for new system implementations, including census imports.
- Lead system demonstrations and trainings, collaborating on materials with internal teams.
About You:- 3+ years implementing benefit administration systems or 5+ years in system support.
- Proficient in system configuration, requirements gathering, data migration, and testing.
- Strong knowledge of EDI implementation, maintenance, and benefits administration.
- Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel with formulas and data manipulation.
- Exceptional communication skills, simplifying technical details for varied audiences.
