Job Description:
- Inventory allocation to orders, dispatch note preparation, and order acknowledgement
- Process invoices for both commercial and clinical divisions
- Service contract renewal processing
- RMA resolution and coordination
- Budget and contract reconciliation
- Managing intercompany inventory orders and drop shipments
- Complete account reconciliations and analysis
- Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
- Assist with collections of past due balances
- Reconcile and post incoming wire transfers, web orders, and checks
Core Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years’ work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Operating Systems, expert level skill set with excel
- Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles
- Logistics experience, preferably with medical devices
- Knowledge of ERP systems, Syspro preferred
- Strong customer service, communication, and organization skills
Desired:
- Clinical/medical industry experience would be advantageous
- Experience with international banking and conversions a plus
