Duties and responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain, including inventory management and distribution.
Plan and coordinate logistics operations, considering factors such as product availability and customer demand.
Oversee inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and implement strategies to minimize carrying costs while meeting customer demand.
Control and reduce logistics costs through efficient route planning, load optimization, and negotiation with transportation providers.
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, customs requirements, and trade laws governing logistics operations.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement measures to enhance logistic efficiency and effectiveness.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure logistics performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
4 years of experience in related field
Proven experience in logistics management, with a strong understanding of supply chain processes
Proficiency in logistics software and systems
Leadership and team management experience
Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Decisiveness in making customer needs and delivering high-quality logistics services.
Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing enhancements in logistics operations.
Ability to lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of logistics professionals.
Strategic mindset to develop and implement logistics strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
Familiarity with local and international regulations, customs requirements, and trade laws affecting logistics operations.
Ability to identify potential risks in the supply chain and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Possess certain analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Proficient in English; Mandarin a plus.

Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and mouse.
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Physical requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
