Excellent training provided to utilize Amadeus reservation system to help coordinate Domestic and International travel as well as help coordinate tour packages. On site training provided. Candidates must be willing to work as a team player, be detail oriented, have excellent organizational skills and be able to multi-task. Also, must have outstanding phone communication and be proficient in Microsoft Office in order to work with our well-established clientele.

Job Responsibilities: *Provide sales support and assistance for Travel Consultants *Learn airline reservation system to help assist in bookings *Manage bookings with airlines & consolidators *Help coordinate tour packages including lodging/meals/transportation *Process travel documents/airline contracts/invoices in a timely manner *Answer phones, handle emails & other operational tasks *Work as a team to handle client reservations/projects/data entry *Follow-up calls & emails with clients/airlines/tour companies
