Job Summary
The Operator performs manual and machine needle bending operations.
Reporting To
Department Team Lead
Essential Job Functions
- Operates various operation equipment related to needle bending.
- Visually inspect parts.
- Report any problems or concerns to team lead.
- Completion of required daily documentation.
- Assure good housekeeping and workstation is clean.
- Maintaining all safety and employee policies and report any infractions or concerns to management.
Skills and Abilities
- Able to work flexible hours and overtime when required to meet customer demand
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow procedures.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing.
- Experience operating a variety of small hand tools.
Physical Requirements
Paragon Medical is a manufacturing environment. The employee must be able to remain in a stationary position, including sitting or standing for prolonged periods of time. The employee is expected to perform repetitive actions that include bending, kneeling, or crouching, reach, push, and/or pull objects. The ability to lift up to to 40 lbs with support.
