What You Will Do:
Serves as the Program Manager and shall be the authorized interface with the COR/GPM, Government personnel, and customer agency representatives. Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor work schedules, and reviewing all work products and services. Supervises contractor personnel, and communicates policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates. Responsible for the management of the entire program and the assigned staff. Expertise in planning, organizing, and prioritizing work, meeting deadlines, managing multiple tasks in a highly-complex, dynamic environment and maintaining fiscal responsibilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Manages and coordinates the implementation of enterprise cybersecurity planning, authorization, monitoring, operations, response, and engineering activities and integration through all phases of the development lifecycle. Responsible for managing a complex multitask cybersecurity contract and coordinating all program matters with the COR/GPM. Responsible for the overall contract performance.
What You Will Need:
Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal Public Trust
Bachelor's degree
EIGHT (8) or more years of leadership experience in information technology
Must have or be able to obtain within 6 months of start date DoD 8570 IAM Level II or III, CSSP Manager Certification
What Would Be Nice To Have:
A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or other related discipline
FIVE (5) or more years of experience leading cybersecurity engagements
