The Division of Cancer Medicine is actively recruiting a Director for our Stem Cell Transplant Program at Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center, in the Phoenix metropolitan area. The program is accredited by the Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (FACT) in autologous and allogeneic stem cell transplant as well as immune effector cells. 167 cellular therapy procedures were performed in the calendar year 2023. The program conducts clinical trials of novel regimens in stem cell transplant and cellular therapies. Ongoing clinical trials include first in human "off-the-shelf" NK cell therapies and dual targeting CAR-T in lymphoma as well as prophylaxis of graft versus host disease.

The Stem Cell Transplant program is an integral part of the Division of Cancer Medicine, a comprehensive team of 87 providers that includes subspecialists in hematology and medical oncology. Joining our program affords an opportunity to enjoy:

We are seeking applicants with the following qualifications:
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- BMT Fellowship or faculty experience in a stem cell transplant / cell therapy program for more than 2 years
- Leadership experience and a strong interest in clinical research and medical education
- Minimum 5 years clinical experience in hematology/oncology
- Comfortable supporting a team and growing with the needs of the program
- Ability and desire to support a growing team and align with the needs of the program
