Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced EV/Electric Vehicle Technician to join our skilled team. If you have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with vehicle repair, particularly in electric vehicles, and a passion for delivering high-quality service, we want to hear from you!

- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $12,000, depending on GM training level and EV experience.
- Earnings: Up to $60 per hour.Flat rate techs average 65 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electric vehicle systems, including high-voltage batteries, electric drivetrains, inverters, and charging systems.
- Perform routine maintenance on electric vehicle components, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Install, maintain, and repair EV charging stations and infrastructure.
- Use specialized diagnostic tools and software to assess electric powertrains and address any malfunctions.
- Ensure that all work meets manufacturer specifications, especially regarding high-voltage safety protocols.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest EV technology and software updates.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to industry safety standards for electric vehicles.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Automotive Technician, with at least 2 years of experience working with electric vehicles (preferred).
- Strong diagnostic skills with a focus on electric vehicle systems, including high-voltage components.
- Proficiency with specialized EV diagnostic equipment and software.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
